Back Pain Evaluation and Treatment

Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal issues and back pain as an adjunctive treatment to patient’s chiropractic care plan. This is non-narcotic pain relief that may include prescriptions or injections of: corticosteroids, NSAIDS and muscle relaxants.

Also, MRI, X-ray, and other diagnostics as needed with X-ray on site.

Men’s Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT)

Complete assessment including symptomatic analysis to formulate an ideal hormone optimization strategy for each patient using Bio-identical Testosterone in the following forms: injections, creams, or gels. Periodic blood analysis required. Cialis and Viagra also prescribed as needed.

Weight Loss

Begins with a complete physical including BMI and laboratory blood analysis. Then, a customized plan specific to the patient’s needs is made. Approved prescription medications are paired with diet and exercise plans.

There is also a weigh-in program to keep the patient accountable for moving closer to their weight loss goals. Medical weight loss options include: GLP-1 (Tirzepatide) medications for weekly injection, Lipo-B12 “fat burn shot” weekly injection, Phentermine daily weight loss pill.
